- Abstract
The article presents a case study of a 41-year-old male who was diagnosed with giant solitary fibrous tumor (SFT) of the mesentery and plural sites. He was presented with enlarging mass in the abdomen for two months with abdominal pain for a week. His clinical examination showed a hard palpable mass which extends from epigastric to the umbilical area and a heterogeneously enhancing abdomino-pelvic mass lesion in the midline region. He had exploratory laparotomy with mesenteric tumor excision.
