- Abstract
The article discusses the various opinion proposed by the U.S. Supreme Courts justices for constructing the laws for the use firearms in the laws based on the experiences of European countries. It also informs that in France, Third Estate bodies have announced that French people have a right to possess arms continuing their traditional monopoly of arms. It also mentions that French Prime Minister Pierre Laval will be the chief architect of collaboration with Nazi Germany.
