- Abstract
A dramatic criticism of the texts of Thyestes, a figure in Greek mythology, is presented. The article evaluates the theatrical production "Thyestes," by the playwright Seneca and the translations of Seneca's work by Jasper Heywood. The article also discusses aspects of religion in the texts and acknowledges additional translations of texts, including one of "Hercules Furens," by John Sheprey.
