The article presents a case study of a multifocal cardiac hemangioma in a 41-year-old female who presented with a mass in the right ventricle (RV). The patient underwent surgery, removing the masses with a small size of septal tissue. She had an uncomplicated postoperative result, and no residual masses after surgery.
