- Abstract
The construction of new railway adjacent to the existing high-speed railway will cause additional settlement of the existing subgrade. The distribution of settlement is more complicated especially in the case of multi-lines merging. In order to study the effective and feasible deformation control technology of the new line foundation and ensure the safety of train operation, combined with a multi-line parallel high-speed railway project as the example, a new type of subgrade structure design plan was proposed, and the additional deformation distribution law of the existing high-speed railway foundation was analyzed through finite element numerical calculation. The influence of the pile parameters on the additional settlement was further studied. The result shows: (1) The construction of a new line on one side causes the additional settlement of the existing roadbed. The deformation gradually decreases with the increase of distance, and even produces a small upper supply deformation. The additional settlement caused by the filling on both sides of the existing railway is more significant, with the maximum value reaching 33. 3 mm. (2) The proposed pile-slab structurebuttress retaining wall integrated structure combined with the lightweight concrete filling scheme can ensure that the additional settlement deformation difference of the existing subgrade is 0. 01 mm compared with the conventional grading scheme, while effectively reducing the land occupation of the new subgrade. Area. (3) The pile length and pile diameter are inversely proportional to the additional settlement of the existing subgrade, and the pile spacing is positively related to the additional settlement of the existing subgrade. For the new line foundation of this study, the critical pile length is 14 m.
