- Abstract
The aim of this paper is to review the challenges posed by the digital economy, mainly the Internet of Things and Artificial Intelligence for shaping value for business customers. The paper presents an overview of contemporary concepts of creating and delivering value for business customers, then presents value in the context of Artificial Intelligence. The paper indicates the sources of value for business customers and presents challenges for enterprises in terms of cost, data delivery, competence development, and new technology acceptance. The areas of further research on value based on Artificial Intelligence have been proposed: technology integration, introduction of intelligent agents into business relationships and shaping value on B2B platforms.
