- Abstract
Jordan is one of the most important tourist locations in the Middle East and the world. It is characterized by the diversity of tourist places such as archaeological, religious, therapeutic, cultural, and entertainment sites. Therefore, tourism is one of the top economic sectors in Jordanian economy. This study investigates the role of human rights in the tourism sector in Jordan and Whether it meets the needs of such rights in its tourist sites. The researcher approached the issue by posing the following question: Does the tourism sector in Jordan meet the requirements of human rights in tourist sites? To achieve objectives of the study, she used the analytical approach by which she interviewed specialists in this field. The study revealed that the sector in Jordan meets the requirements needed in most of the services provided to tourists.
