- Abstract
The article discusses the case of a 52-year-old man diagnosed with small-cell lung carcinoma (SCLC), presumed to have iris metastasis complicated by neovascular glaucoma, who responded to intravitreal injection of bevacizumab. This is reported to be the first case where intravitreal bevacizumab was used for SCLC metastasis to the eye. It presents the possibility of intravitreal bevacizumab in the treatment of intraocular metastasis from SCLC with secondary neovascular glaucoma.
