- Abstract
The article reports on research underway by the National Planning Association into labor issues. A comparative study of U.S.-European trade unions will be published. Case studies from the group led by Eugene Burgess will focus on the socially responsible international businesses. A pilot study of public and private pension programs is being undertaken at the request of the Joint Congressional Committee on the Economic Report. The Committee of the South has six site-based studies of biracial hiring policies in the South underway.
