- Abstract
Objective: This study analyzes the reasons that influenced personnel rotation in a Colombian food company in order to improve the recruitment and retention of employees. Conclusions: Satisfaction and the contract type are constituted as the dimensions to keep in mind in order to minimize personnel rotation and create a greater sense of well-being.
