- Abstract
The article focuses on a research about the mining and characterization of simple sequence repeats in a Gansu zokor genome which could be useful for further comparative studies to understand the function, evolution, and mechanism of microsatellites in subterranean rodents. Information about the materials and methods used in the study is presented including DNA extraction.
