- Abstract
The article presents a case study of a patient with simultaneous haemophilia A and accelerated phase chronic myelogenous leukaemia. It explains the rare case of developing chronic myelogenous leukaemia (CML) among hemophiliacs. The patient failed to respond to imatinib therapy which resulted in exacerbation and inducement of intracranial hemorrhage.
