- Abstract
The article focuses on the perceptions and attitudes towards different grading systems from clinical practice guidelines developers. It mentions that varied final grading recommendations are initiated by the lack of standardized development systems which could also affects the rating of the quality of evidence. It also states that explicit definition and sequential process during the grading process are the advantages of other Grading of Recommendations Assessment (GRADE) systems.
