- Authors
Malinger, G.; Lev, D.; Lerman-Sagie, T.
- Abstract
The author offers information about malformations of cortical development (MCD). He explains that MCD occurs when there is disruption during the development of cerebral cortex, neuronal migration, or sulcation. When any of the processes is disrupted, it is then the time when the patient be subjected for magnetic resonance imaging. However, despite technological advancement, he still affirms the escape of fetuses during prenatal diagnosis due to technical limitations.
