A case study of a 23-year-old man sustained with brain injury after motor-vehicle accident is presented. Topics discussed include use of endotracheal intubation for an elective procedure under general anaesthesia, his complaints of intermittent stridor on exertion, and use of flexible nasopharyngolaryngoscope for clinical and endoscopic examinations of the larynx.
