- Abstract
Nanocomposites Li ‐ ion batteries with their high specific energy and power densities occupy the highest share of a rapidly growing market. In their Full Paper on page 3313 ff., featured on the Inside Cover, Jae ‐ Chan Kim and Dong ‐ Wan Kim report the synthesis of unique Cu/Sn/C nanocomposite fiber electrodes using a dual ‐ nozzle electrospinning process. These hybrid nanocomposite electrodes possess an outstanding long ‐ term cycle stability and excellent rate capability due to facile pathways for electronic transport and large electrode/electrolyte contact areas.
