- Abstract
The article discusses a study which examined the results of the transplantation of human pluripotent stem cell-derived cardiomyocytes (hiPSC). The study created human engineered heart tissue (hEHT) strips from hiPSC-derived cardiomyocytes and hiPSC-derived endothelial cells. It demonstrated that the hearts repaired with hEHT strips 28 days after their transplantation.
