- Abstract
The article offers information on the dissertation which covers the relationship between ideology and musical life in Pula, Croatia between World War II and 1966. It says that the study focuses on the music creation, performance, and education that depend on the political condition of the country. It states the condition of the culture during the political condition wherein the organization of the musical life was brought by national liberation committees. It argues that the study shows that external determinants of musical history is influenced by the political conditions.
