The PEDro Scale was used to analyze the methodological quality of the studies and the Cochrane Collaboration for bias risk analysis. Results: Five articles published between the years 2012 and 2019 were included. All studies showed satisfactory results in patients with cerebral palsy after treatment with equine therapy, improving gait, balance, tone, symmetry and quality of life whether it was associated with another method.
