- Abstract
The demand for high-performance air filter materials is rising sharply, in order to promote the development of three-dimensional fiber air filter materials, aiming at the problems of uncontrollable stacking structure, small dust capacity and poor stability of existing two-dimensional nano fiber filter materials, through the analysis of relevant literatures at home and abroad, the basic characteristics, preparation methods and functional modifications of nanofiber based aerogels(NFAs) were systematically introduced. The application of two kinds of NFAs of natural polymers and synthetic polymers in the field of air filtration was summarized. The advantages of NFAs as the core medium of filter were expounded. The effects of structure and polymer functionalization technology on the comprehensive properties of filter materials were analyzed. The problems in the practical application of NFAs were pointed out. The problems in the practical application of nanofiber aerogels filter material were pointed out, and the emphasis should be put on improving the filtration performance and recycling of the material, and strengthening the filtration or adsorption capacity of different air pollutants.
