- Abstract
The article examines changes in the recruitment industry in Great Britain particularly in casual and temporary working. The vulnerability of the temporary agency workforce in the country is examined. It highlights the enforcement provisions in the Employment Act 2008. The role of the Employment Agency Standards Inspectorate (EASI) is to inspect records and documents kept in accordance with the Employment Act or regulations.
