- Abstract
The article presents the results of interviews and focus group discussions with British Trade Union leaders, politicians, activists and members, from across twelve unions and the Trades Union Congress (TUC) regarding the Trade Union Act (TUA). Topics discussed include comments from Matt Wrack on mobilising trade union members, views on how the servicing model of trade unionism reduces membership, and issues about labour relations raised by the respondents.
