The article discusses the case of a male patient with a history of radiofrequency (RF) ablation presented with recurrent episodes of paroxysmal palpitation. Topics include the recording of narrow QRS tachycardia with apparent concentric atrial activation, the differential diagnosis of a regular narrow QRS tachycardia with septal ventricular apex (VA ) interval and the VA dissociation within five seconds of RF energy initiation.
