- Abstract
The article reports on the decision of the Kasas Supreme Court in the court case 'Northern Natural Gas Co. v. ONEOK Field Services Co.' related to the of section 55-1210 Kansas Legislature. It mentions that the section abolished the rule of capture inside of a storage field's boundaries, also defines the rights of gas injectors with regard to surrounding landowners and offers protection to gas which migrates outside of storage fields.
