Sports performance monitoring is directly related to sports team management success and team development. Monitoring of individual fitness and playing performance by semiprofessional female team handball players (S-PFTHP) ACME-ŽALGIRIS KAUNAS (A-ŽK), the winner for four times in a row (2013-2016) of Lithuanian championship and the winner for five times in a row (2012-2016) of Lithuanian Cup was done during seven sport seasons (2009-2016). Findings revealed the relationship of age (23.1±3.7) and sports experience (4.3±3.4) for achievement sports results (r=0.891, p<0.001). Vertical jump (41.5 ± 3.7m) is a key indicator to assess players' acute fatigue from previous loads and long-term accumulated fatigue. Match-play demanding the highest internal loads (IL) by S-PFTHP: HRmean 155.3 ± 5.9; %HRmax - 80.8 ± 2.1; total heart beats per workload - 16089 ± 829; RPE - 8.64 ± 0.50. S-PFTHP in the season 2015-2016 during 44 weeks spent 26 902 minutes, had 277 workloads and trained 263 days, played 57 matches and had 220 pieces of training sessions.
