- Abstract
An essay is presented that discussed political virtue in the neo-Aristotelean perspective and its incompatibility with the practice of strong judicial review in the U.S. The author compares the theory of political virtue with two theories of democracy that affirms to the concept of compatibility between the neo-Aristotelean theory of political virtue and judicial review. He notes that Aristotle believed that people were political beings by nature that have a special interest in politics.
