The article reports on the study by Getts and colleagues on T cell inactivtion in treatment of autoimmune diseases such as multiple sclerosis, rheumatoid arthritis and airway allergy, which showed that peptide antigens coupled with polymeric microparticles can induce T cell in mouse models.
