- Abstract
The article presents an account of the paper, entitled "Minor Matters," by S. Viuker, and published in a 1990 issue of the journal "Skybox." It asserts that filling the stadium and selling tickets are high priorities for any sports organizer. But, it is equally necessary to focus on the aspects that are controllable: quality of concessions, cleanliness of the stadium, and atmosphere of the arena. With this in mind, marketing strategies can be developed to provide a total entertainment experience for fans.
