The article focuses on the needed financial assistance for the plan on health care reform in the U.S. wherein the needed primary care systems and workforce are being addressed. It notes that the North American Primary Care Research Group (NAPCRG) has been on the move for the development of scientific basis in pursuing the study for primary care. It states that primary care researchers could utilized the comparative effectiveness research (CER) which could potentially help patients.
