- Abstract
The article discusses a case of the Totarabank subdivision in Wairarapa in New Zealand which was designed to create an infrastructure that can meet certain requirements to achieve resilience in a community. Among the land tenure options considered for the area are freehold, tenancy in common and unit title. It details the electrical set up at the subdivision in order to raise its resilience to energy issues. The author says that the construction in the area is already complete with telecommunications, wastewater disposal area and electricity services.
