Presents results of a 1997 survey on citizen beliefs and attitudes about public services and the quality of life in Prince George, British Columbia. Perceived frequency of use of services, perceived satisfaction and value for tax dollars spent on services as well as on levels of government officials; Correlations among perceived satisfaction, perceived value of money, use, spending preferences and demand.
