- Abstract
Investigates the detection of plaque-forming cell colonies and their relationship to hemolytic foci. Discovery of a markedly non-random distribution of antibody-plaque-forming cells in the spleens of lethally irradiated mice which have been injected with sheep erythrocytes and syngeneic spleen cells; Identification of the localized concentrations of 19S and 7S plaque-forming cells; Correlation between the position of the colonies and the position of local concentrations of hemolytic antibody detected by a hemolytic focus method.
