Abstract
This document is a correction to a previously published manuscript titled "Rice grain structural characteristics of sake rice cultivar Hakutsurunishiki for daiginjo-shu brewing." The correction pertains to Table 2 in the original manuscript, which contained errors. The final two columns of Table 2 have been corrected to reflect the accurate values. The corrected values are provided in a revised table.
