NMR studies of pyrimidinic nucleosides derived from 2,3-dideoxy-d-ribose with inhibitory activity on LINE-1 mobility Pyrimidine nucleoside analogues possess a high pharmacological interest. Spectra were recorded as follows: for compounds B 1 b - B 5 b and B 7 b with a 500 MHz spectrometer using CDCl SB 3 sb as solvent; for B 6 b , 600 MHz and CDCl SB 3 sb ; for B 8 b , 600 MHz and CD SB 3 sb OD; for compounds B 9 b , and B 11 b - B 17 b , 500 MHz and CD SB 3 sb OD; for B 10 b , 400 MHz and CD SB 3 sb OD; for B 18 b , 500 MHz and D SB 2 sb O.
