- Abstract
Findings from these two patients further expand the phenotypic and genotypic spectrum of I DICER1 i -associated CNS neoplasms in several regards. Therapy-induced CNS neoplasms are often high-grade gliomas or meningiomas, while Ewing family tumors have been anecdotally described [[7]]. 1 Histologic features of study tumor samples. a, b H&E and c-g immuno-histochemical studies for tumor from Patient 1 showing presence of neuroendocrine lobules, primitive cells, and Rathke pouch-like glandular structures that characterize pituitary blastoma.
