- Abstract
The liquid level parameter of magnetic separator is an important parameter which affects the separation index of this kind of magnetic separator. In actual production, the liquid level of magnetic separator fluctuates in a large range with the change of ore feeding conditions, on the one hand, the manual workload is large, and on the other hand, the manual adjustment accuracy is related to the operation level, resulting in the final sorting index fluctuations. As a kind of high-precision separation equipment, high-frequency harmonic magnetic separator has more parameters to adjust the liquid level, and its separation index is more sensitive to the liquid level. In this paper, a kind of magnetic separator liquid level control system is developed, which is used for high precision adaptive control of magnetic separator liquid level.
