- Abstract
The article focuses on the constitutionality of judicial selection process and need to promote accountable and independent judiciary with the history of judicial selection for the Marion Superior Court in Marion County, Indiana. It mentions that judicial candidates supported by political party leaders and the efforts of the U.S. Supreme Court which suggests the constitutionality of the judicial system. It also mentions that need to implement for judicial performance evaluations in selection.
