- Abstract
Hybrid teacher training is an innovative model of teacher training reform in the “Internet +" era, which has its specific ideas and paths. The hybrid training in the “Internet +"era refers to a new training paradigm designed with the idea and method of hybrid teaching through the full integration of online training, mobile training, offline training and on-site training. The purpose of hybrid teacher training is to promote teachers' in-depth learning and professional ability, and attain the balance of teacher training and teachers' personalized professional development. Constructivism learning theory and connectivism learning theory are the epistemological basis of hybrid teacher training. The design of hybrid teacher training needs the methodological support of the two dimensions of teachers爷professional development and hybrid teaching. The design of hybrid teacher training should follow the law of teachers爷professional development, and design its implementation path with the idea and method of hybrid teaching.
