In the article, the author discusses the challenges and opportunities in the implementation of international energy law and the Paris Agreement on Climate Change amidst the COVID-19 pandemic. Other topics include how pollution like greenhouse gases (GHG) make people vulnerable to the COVID-19 virus, and the United Nations Sustainable Development Goals (SDG).
