An essay is presented on the individual right to water on the international level. It focuses on the significance of water and analyzes the current status of the human right to water under the conventional law of the U.S. The author discusses the essence of clean water to human life, industry and agriculture and mentions that there must be universal agreement among governments for access to the clean water and sanitation.
