- Authors
Heliums, Sandy D.; David, Katharine D.
- Abstract
The article focuses on the legal issues concerning beach front properties in the U.S. As mentioned, natural disasters, coupled with the increase of private coastal property ownership, have created an ever increasing legal battle between public and private land use on beaches.
