- Abstract
The article discusses several court cases related to property use and harmful use of tobacco. In Daniel Goldstein vs. New York State Urban Development Corp. the plaintiffs challenged Empire State Development Corporation for condemnation of their property. In Parmindar Kaur vs. New York State Urban Development Corp., the court held that taking property by eminent domain to expand a private university was unconstitutional. It discusses the case of Delores Hunter vs. Philip Morris USA Inc.
