- Abstract
The article offers information on the problems related to international propaganda of the International Law in the U.S. It mentions that the work on the Draft Code, by the U.N. Conference on Freedom of Information was completed in 1950 and it was formulated in 1952. It mentions that the agreements against international communicational was fostered by the Organization of American States (OAS). It presents information on 1931 International Federation of League of Nations Societies, that recommended the right to reply to any state, thus objecting to the use of press report or radio emission which exploits international relations.
