- Abstract
The article discusses various land laws and the theory of absolute ownership of land in Europe. It also explores areas, outside of orthodox metropolitan zoning or planning, where scope of simple ownership is possible with absolute dominion over land. It has been stated that when land use conflicts arise in urban area, problems shift more toward the physical characteristics of land use. It has been stated that all conservation program related to land use are to benefit the community. It has been stated that general welfare supports police to take control of the use of land without invasion of constitutional protections for the current owner.
