- Abstract
The article presents a case study of a 44-year-old woman who was presented with cough and hemoptysis. Findings of chest X-ray and computed tomography (CT) scan revealed a six centimeter (cm) right lower lobe mass and a thrombus floating in the lower pulmonary vein with a 1.5-cm protrusion inside the atrium. A right thoracotomy and complete hilar and mediastinal lymph node dissection were performed and the patient was referred for adjuvant chemoradiotherapy.
