- Authors

- Abstract
The article reports about the parent-child communication about sexuality in the U.S. According to a small study of white middle-class families, there are critical gender differences in this kind of communication. In a study, a questionnaire was completed by eighty four high school students aged between 14-18 and their parents on the magnitude of communication between them about sex-related topics. The results show that mother-daughter conversations were more in range as compared to that of mother-son, father-son or father-daughter discussions.
