- Abstract
The author discusses the worthiness of random sampling in the U.S. The author states that a sampling design will result in a sample that is more represented than a convenience sample is initiated. The author cites that random sampling will allow analysis to have an external validity. The author also mentions that sampling avoids bias due to under selecting high or low exposed children by disease status.
