- Abstract
Patient was diagnosed as livedoid vasculopathy and started on oral aspirin 75-mg and acenocoumarol 1-mg twice daily for 4 months with which patient showed improvement in pain (VAS- 2/10) and reduction in dimensions of the ulcers (Figure 1(B)). (D) Multiple atrophic scars over left foot after 14 months of intermittent dabigatran therapy gl Livedoid vasculopathy (LV) is characterized by recurrent punched-out leg ulcers and porcelain-white atrophic scars with episodic exacerbations.
