- Abstract
This article discusses a court case related to antitrust standards and their application with reference to an allegation of collusion in Major League Baseball's (MLB) free agent Barry Bonds. Due to legal problems, Bonds was out of job as baseball team San Francisco Giants were rebuilding the team without him. Major League Baseball Players Association (MLBPA) then reviewed that the MLB had colluded Bonds. The article concludes that thus antitrust standards had been made to handle the grievance.
