The article discusses the challenge of Justice Mark Leeming in the context of the teaching of constitutional law within law schools of Australia. It mentions that law schools are focusing on skills development and changes in constitutional law curriculum planning and redesign in skill development. It also discusses what students need to know about skills constitutional law to facilitate learning process in constitutional law teaching.
